There are 12 single-player missions and unlimited ones in the multiplayer mode. While certainly different than being in the field physically, SOCOM Navy SEALs can make you feel as though you’re really there with accurate missions and multiplayer functionality that allows you to cooperate with others and work together toward a common goal—just like in the real SEALs! SOCOM Navy SEALs Tips Doors Are No Obstacle: In order to open doors with a big bang, hold down X and run toward it. As you near the door, release the X button and you’ll kick it with gusto! Opt For Other Weapons: In Level 5, many of the terrorists carry AN-M8 grenades and the M67. This means that you should pack other weapons that these terrorists do not have. Voice Commands: There are several hidden voice commands that you can use throughout the game. For instance, if you point the crosshairs at a room that is open and state, “Breech, bang, clear,” all of your team members with throw their grenades in there! Unlocked Aspects: You can unlock several aspects of the game, from different weapons to levels by means of completing the preceding level. For instance, if you beat the game on the Ensign difficulty, you’ll unlock the terrorist weapons.
